Will shock location cause issues?

Hello, I’m installing an HC1 shock relocation kit on my 24 XLT with the dual exhaust. Due to the exhaust location I had to screw the shock mount locations to allow exhaust clearance, so the shocks are at different positions. Will this potentially cause any issues/variance in shock rebound and compression?
